♻ RECYCLE BOTTLES – GET REWARDS

Cocoon's Bottle Recycling Program, launched in April 2021, has seen enthusiastic participation from customers, especially through online channels. This initiative is not only our effort to reduce plastic waste but also a strong commitment toward a sustainable environment. To increase convenience and expand the program’s reach, Cocoon is bringing the recycling initiative closer to everyone.
With 115 recycling points (GREEN POINTS) across 25 provinces in Vietnam, customers can now easily participate in the bottle recycling program, enjoying a more personal and accessible experience. This new step helps spread environmental awareness and fosters a partnership between Cocoon and our customers in creating positive change.

🟢 REWARD EXCHANGE POLICY:
Exchange 5 Cocoon bottles, jars, tubes, or refill bags (full-size) for 1 Eco-friendly Tote Bag worth 185,000 VND.
🔴 IMPORTANT NOTES:
We accept all Cocoon bottles, jars, tubes, and refill bags, but the Eco-friendly Tote Bag reward only applies to full-size products. Mini sizes and stick forms are not eligible for rewards. Specifically, these items are not eligible:
• 50ml Gel/cleanser/toner/makeup remover
• 5ml serums
• 5ml Bitter Melon Sunscreen
• 5g Ben Tre Coconut Lip Balm
• 5g Dak Lak Coffee Lip Scrub
👉 How to participate:
• Step 1: Prepare your clean, used Cocoon bottles
• Step 2: Bring at least 5 empty Cocoon bottles to the nearest GREEN POINT
• Step 3: Follow the instructions of the staff at the GREEN POINT and receive your reward
⚠ Additional Notes:
• All Cocoon bottles are accepted, but mini sizes and lip scrub containers are not eligible for rewards.
• Recycled containers must be cleaned properly.
• Gift products cannot be exchanged for cash.
