the benefits of joining?
The WAON Membership Points Program (hereinafter referred to
as the "Program") is a joint promotional program implemented and
operated by ACSTV and AEON MALL Binh Duong Canary. The program is designed for
loyal customers of AEON MALL Binh Duong Canary, AEON MALL PLUS, AEON General
Merchandise Centers, AEON Supermarkets, and others.
By joining the Program, members register for a WAON
Membership Points Account to accumulate WAON Points when purchasing
goods/services at stores within AEON MALL Binh Duong Canary, AEON MALL PLUS,
AEON General Merchandise Centers, AEON Supermarkets, Glam Beautique, etc.

2. Is there a fee to join the Program?
Registering for WAON membership is completely free. The WAON
Membership Points Program is free of any registration fees, usage fees, or any
unexpected charges.
3. When can members start accumulating points after
successful registration?
Members can start accumulating WAON Points immediately after
successfully registering their WAON Membership Points Account.

information?
Members can update their personal information on the
AEONMALL Vietnam Mobile App, except for: phone number, full name, date of
birth, gender, nationality, and type and number of personal ID. For changes to
these fields, please contact the support channels listed above.
6. Can I cancel my WAON Membership Points Account?
Members can terminate their participation in the Program by
contacting the support channels above.
7. How long are WAON Points valid?
WAON Points are valid for up to two (02) years from the
first date points are credited to the WAON Membership Points Account. The month
of the first point accumulation is the reference month. From the second year
onward, points expire on the last day of the reference month.

9. How to accumulate WAON Points?
Points are earned by shopping at participating AEON
locations. For every VND 10,000 spent on eligible transactions (excluding
promotional restrictions by law), members earn 1 WAON Point. Points are
recorded immediately after transaction completion or within 12 hours if system
issues occur. When other promotions or WAON Vouchers are applied, points are
calculated based on the actual amount paid.
10. Are partial amounts under 10,000 VND on the bill
combined to earn WAON Points?
No, partial amounts less than 10,000 VND are not combined
for points accumulation.
11. Can I accumulate WAON Points after purchase?
Points can only be accumulated at the time of purchase, not
afterward. If points are not credited within 12 hours after purchase, contact
support.
12. Under what circumstances are accumulated WAON Points
revoked?
Points are revoked if items are returned or services unused,
based on return/refund policies. Points accumulated incorrectly or fraudulently
will also be revoked. ACSTV reserves the right to adjust or revoke points if
suspicious or illegal activity is detected.
13. What is a WAON Voucher?
A WAON Voucher is a payment voucher exchanged from
accumulated WAON Points, usable at participating stores via the AEONMALL
Vietnam or AEON Vietnam Mobile App.
14. How soon can I use WAON Vouchers after redeeming?
Vouchers can be used immediately after redemption, though
some partners may require up to 10 minutes. Expiry and conditions are displayed
on each voucher.
15. Can I use multiple WAON Vouchers in one transaction?
Yes, members can use multiple vouchers in one transaction by
presenting each voucher code for scanning.
16. Can WAON Vouchers be exchanged for cash?
No, WAON Vouchers cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged
for cash. They cannot be used to offset additional fees or restricted products
as per laws and AEON policies.

a WAON Voucher?
No, once WAON Points are redeemed for WAON Vouchers, the
request to return points in exchange for vouchers is not accepted.
19. When do my WAON Vouchers expire?
WAON Vouchers expire 6 months after redemption but no later
than October 6, 2026.
20. Can expired WAON Vouchers be exchanged for new
vouchers?
No, expired vouchers will not be reissued or exchanged.
21. What should I do if I lose my phone with the mobile
app installed?
Immediately notify ACSTV or call the hotline 1900 5150 (ext:
02) to temporarily lock your WAON Membership Points Account to prevent
unauthorized use.
22. When can my WAON Membership Points Account be
canceled?
ACSTV reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership
and cancel all accumulated points if the member violates the Program’s Policies
and Terms & Conditions.
