FRY CAKES

After the batter rests for 20-30 minutes, gently stir it, if you find the batter is too thick, you can add water or unsweetened fresh milk and stir until smooth. Put the non-stick pan on the stove, use a paper towel soaked in cooking oil to wipe the pan surface

Scoop 1 tablespoon of flour gently poor into the pan to form a circle (low heat), fry for 1-2 minutes to see the cake peel off from the pan and have a nice golden color, turn it upside down and continue to fry the other side. Continue frying like this until finish all batter.

Take 2 pieces of fried cake, put 1 scoop of red bean paste in the middle, and that’s the completion of the famous Dorayaki from Japan!
